U.S. Rep. Michael Bilirakis' Written Promise to
Investigate the FCC
In Response to the First FCC Attack on Lutz Community Radio
Instead of making
good on his promise to investigate the attack, Mr. Bilirakis
assisted the FCC by concealing plans for a second attack, which occurred
almost 20 months after the first, and over seven months after his promise!
