Dear Mr. Kempin:
We are in receipt of your letter dated December 27, 1997 regarding the above-
captioned matter. Please be advised that there were four (4) news stories broadcast by
WTVT. Upon
receipt of a subpoena and $150.00 to cover WTVT's reasonable copy costs, a
videotape of these news stories will be made and promptly forwarded to you.
Your letter further requests copies of out takes from the above referenced news
reports. WTVT's policy is to assert its privilege under the Florida Shield Law, and to
decline to produce any such out takes requested. In any event, we have checked and WTVT
does not have any out takes as described in and sought by your request.
